About Glucanase Premier - Optimum™
Glucanase Optimum™ - previously Glucanase Premier is a foodgrade betaglucanase enzyme from AB Vickers, designed to enhance wort and beer filtration efficiency.
It breaks down betaglucans and hemicelluloses, reducing wort viscosity and supporting smoother lautering.
This enzyme is suitable for all malt types, including barley, wheat, and adjunct heavy grists, making it versatile for challenging mashes. It also helps protect against betaglucan haze and improves brewhouse yields by increasing extract recovery and starch conversion.
Glucanase Optimum™ is available in 1 kg packaging and should be stored in a dry, cool area away from direct sunlight
